1. Services Provided
- Mahakal Event Management specializes in planning and managing weddings, engagements, birthdays, corporate events, godh bharai, anniversaries, and other celebrations.
- All bookings are for interactive, customized services — not physical goods, unless explicitly listed.
2. Booking, Payments & Confirmation
- Bookings are confirmed only after payment (UPI, Razorpay, or other supported methods) is received in full or as agreed.
- By paying, you confirm:
- Event type, date, venue, number of guests, and service package.
- Your acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Returns Policy.
3. Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Our policy on cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, and vendor bookings is detailed in our [Refund & Returns Policy].
- Key terms include:
- You may request a cancellation of your service booking within 7 days of payment and at least 15 days prior to the event date to be considered for a partial refund.
- A 30% non-refundable advance applies to all bookings.
- One-time free rescheduling with minimum notice of 10 days.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event date are non-refundable.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate and complete event information, including guest counts, venue details, and event timings.
- Any changes after booking must be communicated promptly; persistent delays may affect delivery.
- Mahakal Event Management is not liable for costs or delays from incomplete or late information.
5. Third‑Party Vendors & Performance
- We coordinate with third-party vendors (e.g. decorators, caterers), but their performance outside our control is not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for vendor-related disruptions, unless due to our direct negligence.
6. Liability & Force Majeure
- We are not liable for losses, delays, or cancellations resulting from:
- Natural disasters, political unrest, government directives, pandemics, or similar acts beyond our control.
- In such events, we will afford assistance where possible and may offer rescheduling or partial refunds as per policy.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content on this website—photos, designs, text, branding—is the property of Mahakal Event Management.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and protected by Indian copyright law.
8. Privacy & Data Use
- We process your personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy], which includes details about information collection, usage, cookies, data retention, and your rights.
9. Modifications to Terms
- These Terms & Conditions may be updated anytime to reflect changes in laws or service practices.
